This traditional french soap is made today as it has been made for centuries, 100% pure and natural. Marseille soap is highly moisturizing, fragrance free, non-allergenic and has a neutral pH. French law requires that any soap called "Marseille" be made of a minimum of 72% vegetable oil. The soap is sold in the original form; that is, with no additional processing or milling to make the soap hard and smooth. Each batch of soap looks a little bit different.Some people refer to this soap as the "ugly soap" but no other soap has as many purposes... it can be used in the Kitchen, bath and laundry and is perfect for those with dry skin!
